What exactly is Titan Zero Field?
Field is the operational delivery app in the Titan Zero suite. It owns jobs, work orders, scheduling, dispatch, field execution, evidence, quality, materials, assets, Standards and operational analytics.
Are Build, Desk and Pay included in Field?
No. They are sibling Titan Zero apps. Build creates demand, Desk converts and serves customers, Field delivers the work, and Pay invoices and collects. This site sells Field only.
Is Titan Go included with Field?
Yes. Titan Go is the field/mobile execution surface for workers and is part of Titan Zero Field.
Is Titan Standards really included free?
Yes. Standards is permanently included inside Field: SOPs, work instructions, quality, WHS/OHS, compliance, licences, training, competency, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
What do Assist, Suggest, Autonomous and Predictive + Autonomous mean?
Assist helps on request. Suggest watches and recommends. Autonomous executes specific authorised routine actions. Predictive + Autonomous anticipates likely outcomes and can initiate only actions already allowed by capability-specific authority.
Does Predictive give Titan more authority?
No. Prediction and authority are separate. A prediction may trigger a recommendation or an already-authorised response, but it never expands permissions by itself.
Can Field work offline?
Yes. Field is designed around offline job access, queued actions and evidence, deterministic replay, conflict handling, reconnect revalidation and safe synchronisation.
Does Field replace tradespeople?
No. Titan Zero Field coordinates and supports the work. Human field workers still perform physical work and judgement-heavy site decisions; the digital workforce handles bounded operational tasks around them.
How is the Field workforce organised?
Operations Manager → Specialists → Workers. The Operations Manager owns delivery outcomes. Specialists own domain decisions such as scheduling, quality or materials. Workers execute bounded tasks.
What happens when Field is uncertain?
The safe operating pattern is to preserve context, stop outside authority and escalate to an authorised person rather than guess.
Are Maps, model and messaging costs unlimited?
No. The Field subscription covers the platform and workforce capability. Expensive external usage such as mapping, model/API calls or operational messaging above allowances should remain transparent and metered.
Which trades does Field support?
The current site covers handyman/property maintenance, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, pressure/exterior cleaning, rental/strata maintenance and equipment/appliance repair, with one common Field foundation.
